1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Reboot ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Reboot is a self-help wellness app that provides streak tracking, daily check-ins, educational content, emergency urge-management tools, and an anonymous community feature. The App is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years of age to use this App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts & Content

• No account registration is required. The App uses an anonymous device identifier for community features.
• Community posts you create are your responsibility. You agree not to post content that is illegal, sexually explicit, harassing, hateful, or that violates another person's rights.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or community guidelines, with or without notice.
• Posts are reviewed by an automated AI moderation system. Decisions are final.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Reboot offers optional auto-renewing subscription plans (monthly and yearly) via Apple's In-App Purchase system.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks in the App are owned by Mobile Alchemy. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. The App does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional for health concerns.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobile Alchemy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Community Guidelines

Users of the community feature must treat others with respect. Abuse of the reporting or blocking features is prohibited. We may restrict access to community features for users who repeatedly violate guidelines.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
