What We Collect

Reboot collects the minimum data needed to provide the community feature:

• A randomly generated device identifier (not linked to your Apple ID or personal identity)
• Community posts you choose to share (text content, chosen alias, category, and streak count)
• Upvote and report actions on community posts

All personal data such as check-ins, journal entries, streak history, and settings are stored locally on your device only and are never sent to our servers.

How We Use Your Data

• Community posts are reviewed by an AI content filter to keep the community safe and supportive
• Your device identifier is used solely to associate your posts, upvotes, and blocks — it cannot identify you personally
• We do not use your data for advertising, analytics profiling, or marketing
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties

AI Content Moderation

Community posts are processed by an AI model to filter inappropriate content before publication. This review checks for community guideline violations only. The AI does not build profiles or store your data beyond the moderation decision.

Data Storage & Security

• Local data (check-ins, journal, streaks, achievements) is stored on-device using Apple's SwiftData framework
• Community data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure with encryption at rest
• We do not use third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs

Data Retention & Deletion

• You can delete all local data at any time via Settings > Reset All Data
• Community posts are retained to maintain the community experience
• To request deletion of your community posts, contact support@mobilealchemy.co

Children's Privacy

Reboot is not directed at children under 17. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has provided data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected within the app and on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
